Mr. Bear’s beautiful wooden house is a modern cottage with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one extra toilet and a spacious living room. It is an open gallery with top-notch amenities like Marshall bluetooth speakers, Sony turntable, amazing game console (even better than PlayStation), Star link internet… but what you will simply love is our incredible wellness area. A relaxation area for your body and mind with Finnish sauna, jacuzzi and wooden loungers. 2 terraces, one with a view to the west and the forest and the fireplace, directly from the wellness area. And the other with a view to the east and green meadows. So, everything you need for an extraordinary vacation. Just relax and enjoy.

Is there available parking space and do you maybe have EV charger?
Yes, covered parking for one car and extra parking space for another cars. And yes, you can charge your super fast EV at our place, free of charge if you are staying at our place.
What are the prices?
The regular price is €350 per night, including VAT and cleaning costs. However, for some specific times of the year the price may vary (it may even be cheaper for some low season period or it may become a bit more expensive), so feel free to contact us directly or check our live calendar. Also, for longer stays we might consider some special promotions. However, please note that we can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. No more than 6 people are allowed.
Is there a minimum stay, how many nights?
Yes, min. stay is two nights. For some special time of the year, it might vary so feel free to contact us directly or simply go to the “booking” link and check availability and the prices.
Is there a restaurant or and shop near?
Just few minutes drive, you will find town of Delnice, really lovely little town where you could find any kind of market or services you wish for. You could even enjoy 25m indoor swimming pool, skating rink, little zoo, barber shops, pharmacies, restaurants… pretty much anything you could find in a big town.
How can I book and pay for the stay?

How do I confirm availability before booking?
Our real-time calendar shows current openings. Select your dates and proceed to checkout; the system holds your reservation for few minutes while you complete payment.
What is the cancellation policy?
You may cancel up to 14 days before arrival for a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable.
Are additional fees applied at checkout?
All mandatory fees—such as cleaning and local taxes—are displayed upfront. Optional add-ons like airport transfers , some services, merch or even grocery deliveries can be agreed and payed additionally.
Are pets allowed?
We love pets… dogs, cats, birds, fishes, rabbits... probably all except dragons. But unfortunately, at this place we can not host them.
